Halloween

My favorite Halloween movies πŸŽ₯

Ok, so Halloween is right around the corner so why not share some of my favorite movies to watch every year around this time. What is everyone going to be for Halloween? Your never too old to dress up(my opinion) I still have to get my daughter a costume, so will see how it goes also I’m not thrilled that it’s on a Wednesday either, can it fall on a Friday next year? Just saying πŸ€·β€β™€οΈenough of my little rant let’s gets started.

1. Michel Myers- Halloween

This has to be number one, like come on this movie has been around since, I was a kid and it’s gotten even popular since then, for one I’m petrified of this man like I would hate to be in his hometown on Halloween, you definitely gotta watch your back the whole time. I use to love Jaime Lee Curtis in all those movies she played his sister so well, I was sad when he killed her though. I have to get around to watching it this month maybe this weekend it will happen for me. (There’s a new Halloween in theaters now so go see it)

2. Child’s play-chucky

Not even going to lie typing this makes me cringe, I’ve always been scared of chucky that doll was so powerful and scary at the same time, poor Andy went through a lot dealing with him. I couldn’t do it, my nerves would of been so bad. I can’t get my daughter a doll like that, she’s already in love with Elmo so we will leave it there no need to recruit chucky right now. I’ve watched all his movies but the last one I saw on Netflix wasn’t that good, they tried but it missed the bar at least for me. If you wanna check it out look on Netflix.

3. Scream-

This movie is another favorite, I even see kids wearing costumes like it on Halloween, I loved nev Campbell in these movies she was so pretty and innocent. I also loved how it was about them being in high school and being young and learning. I would of be scared to death though knowing a killer would have been at my high school, it would of been a lot of sick days for me but anyway this a great movie, I’m sure most people have seen it but if not go watch!

4.hocus pocus-

Yes yes, I remember watching this movie as a kid it was so good and I was literally glued to the tv, this movie is also child friendly, I can’t wait till my daughter ask me to watch this movie it’s a classic for sure, also I’m scared of witches now lol but this is a great movie so watch with your kids and you it can turn in to a family fun night for everybody.

5.Casper-

Who can forget Casper the friendly ghost omg adorable another movie, I watched growing up it was my favorite. Then you get to see kids running around in sheets pretending to be ghost πŸ‘» who can not find that adorable, again this is another movie, I can’t wait to watch with my daughter she’s going to laugh I’m sure and ask a bunch of questions but it’s still going to be cute. So watch this movie with your family it will be great.

I have to do a part two as always before the month is over. So many other great movies! Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful Saturday even though it’s a little chilly, fall is officially here time for mittens and hats and lots of hot chocolate.

movies

My favorite Netflix movies/ I watched on Saturday/go watch!

Ok, my babies I’m back finally! I been ripping and running all day but now, I wanna talk to you about my favorite Netflix movies I watched over the weekend. So I’m not going to talk too much and ramble like normal. Let’s get in to it!

Top movies I loved on NETFLIX..

1. Sierra burgess is a loser-

This movie left me on the edge of my seat it had its good and bad moments but it really let me see in to the eyes of a teenage girl who didn’t look like everyone else but wanted to fit in and be normal, it really goes to say never judge a book by its cover and treat others the way you wanna be treated, in the end she did land the guy she liked but in my mind I can’t help but wonder, would the ending really end like this in real life or would it be different either way my opinion this was a great movie and I suggest watching it with a tissue in hand because it’s a real tear jerker.

2.till death do us part-

This movie was so sad again it was about domestic violence and it broke my heart to see a women have to go through this and on top of that being that she was pregnant but I was glad when she finally got away from him and fell in love with (Taye diggs) character and it was beautiful to see her be happy again with a good guy, please please ladies even men don’t stay in a relationship where you are being treated bad and getting less then what you deserve, this is another tear jerker so grab a tissue again and prepare yourself.

3.Clinical-

This movie was so good and crazy and all over the place and even a little scary( my opinion) it was a great movie seeing how the therapist had to deal with all kind of patients all day and when she met a guy who’s face was disfigured and had to treat him things get a little crazy, I don’t wanna give too much away guys but you have to see this movie it will keep you guessing the whole time and you won’t know where your going to end up or go but it will take you there so go watch and tell me what you think.

4.the open house-

This movie was definitely suspenseful, like you never knew what was going to happen in the beginning,it was sad then it went from sad to scary and you start to wonder what’s going to happen next. The whole movie threw me off in some parts but it was good and yes I cried like a baby in the beginning ughh it got me yes it did the movie was great however, I will say when your relatives offer you to stay in their home in the middle of no where say no and run because you never know what’s going to happen next that’s all I’m going to say so if you wanna know more go watch.

5.Clown-

I watched this movie with my boyfriend it was his pick, I thought it was ok. I think that the guy should not have put that costume on though like they warned him not to do it yet he does and then bad things start to happen always listen people always listen. Let’s just say the rest of the movie is a whirlwind it leaves you wondering what’s next and the end shocks you too. Such a crazy/sad movie but it’s a great thriller and I think some people will like it once you start to understand it a little more so I say go watch this and see what you think.

Conclusion..

I’m so sorry this post is days old because I been so busy with work and home stuff and also trying to do videos for my YouTube channel and uploads so it’s been a crazy mess but I will do better with my posting guys I will. I hope you guys like this post and please go to Netflix and check these movies out they are so good and you don’t wanna miss out on them. (If you don’t have Netflix) borrow somebody’s account to see some movies don’t want you to miss a good watch. I’ll do a part 2 to this once I watch more movies this weekend. Enjoy your Tuesday night I’m off to bed gotta be up bright and early for work. πŸ˜΄πŸ›

romance

My favorite romance movies part two βœŒοΈ

Ok guys so as promised I’m giving you a part two to my favorite romance movies because last time I forgot to list the other ones I really like, I’m still very sick so my post might seem a little off or may get posted late and instead of posting twice a day it may be only once a day until I start feeling better, I apologize in advance but I will get back on track soon.( if you catch me posting twice in a day it’s because I’m feeling a little bit better) a girl can change her mind you never know what can happen.

Let’s get to part two…

Twilight- I absolutely love this movie by the way I’m team Edward Incase anyone wanted to know. I loved how Bella loved Edward and how she got caught up in his world and fell in love with him despite all the things going on around her. Ok ok I will admit Jacob was a cutie too and he had his moments with Bella that were cute too but still I’m team Jacob I’m sure by now most people have seen this movie, I have all the movies on dvd and if you haven’t seen it go see it because Kristen Stewart killed this role.

2. Remember me- ok so Robert Pattinson who has a lovely accent and who played in twilight as well played so well in this movie like it brings me to tears in the end when he passes away it’s also about 9/11 witch is so emotional and said you have to see this movie if you haven’t be prepared for the water works guys I’m telling you. Love stories get me every time I’m a hopeless romantic all the time literally.

3. Beyond the lights- this movie is so so good it really gives you a look in behind the scenes of the music industry while at the same time creating a great love story between and artist and police office and how their worlds collide and they fall in love, again you must see this movie if you haven’t it’s on Netflix and bet occasionally plays it too. Check it out!

4. 10 things I hate about you-

This movie starred Julie Stiles who I love as an actor not only that but seeing how you never know who you will fall in love with is always a good thing sometimes because the person we like is usually right around the corner most times and we tend to friend zone them and in the end they end up being who we should of been with all along. So the next time you start to crush on a friend tell them how you feel because you never know what could happen.

5. Save the last dance-

This is another Julia Stiles movie that I love, always remember love has no color or gender be happy with who you are and embrace it always. I love how this is based in Chicago and centers around “Sarah” trying to get into Juilliard a well known school in Chicago for performing arts also along the way she meets Derek and they fall in love but the pressure of friends and family and coming from two different worlds caressing some problems in their relationship, this is a great movie and I’m sure most have seen it but if you haven’t go watch.

So again guys this was fun giving you another view into my favorite movies, once again I’m sorry for the late post I been literally typing this post on and off all day ughhh being sick sucks, hope you guys enjoy your Wednesday night, also there might be a part 3 coming soon you never know.

Ok time for me to rest/sleep now..

And drown in medicine 🀧😴

anxiety, Friday movies

Anxiety update + my favorite FRIDAY movies πŸŽ₯

This post is a day late going up. I know it’s Saturday but this was made yesterday..(I’m not losing my mind yet πŸ˜‚)

Good afternoon/evening guys it’s Friday and I couldn’t be more happier it’s a 3 day weekend plus kids going back to school what a weekend. (Well my daughters not in school yet) but to all parents who have kids in school I’m sure your looking forward to it. I’m also looking forward to the fall weather moving back in witch means it’s time for sweaters, hot chocolate and watching the leaves fall. (Christmas will also be here soon) just though I would throw that out there too.

Anxiety update…

Ok guys so those of you who saw my post yesterday I was really upset because I had a bad panic attack at work and it kind of ruined my Thursday,I’m feeling a lot better today nothing bad has happened so far I’ve even gotten off work early, did some grocery shopping and now I’m back home relaxing and watching tv.

I’m still learning how to deal with my anxiety, every day is a new day. I’m always glad to know I’m not alone in these situations. I’ve also learned it’s ok to not be ok and medicine isn’t always the worse thing because it can actually help. I will definitely keep you guys posted on my anxiety and let you know anything going on with it, today’s a good day though so I’m going to choose happiness. πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜€

Remember, if you need help or anything in your life gets too hard it’s ok to seek help it doesn’t mean your crazy or not capable of taking care of yourself but sometimes we all need somebody else to lean on. Your never alone and it will get better.

My favorite FRIDAY movies πŸŽ₯…

Ok guys so in honor of it being Friday, I thought giving you a list of my favorite Friday movies would be a lot of fun.

Let’s get started…

1. Friday the 13th-

So of course we all love this movie it’s a classic and Jason is one scary man not going to lie, I literally watch those movies with one eye open (ok a little exaggeration) but you get the point. Everyone loves a good horror movie though plus I kinda have always wanted to go to crystal lake (if it was real) to see if Jason will come out, I know crazy! Also I went to a lake once but no sign of Jason πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ but I absolutely love this movie. Maybe I’ll even watch it tonight you never know.

2. Freaky Friday-

This movie is another classic, I love Lindsay Lohan and Jamie lee Curtis as mother and daughter and the best part about this movie is what would it really be like switching places with your mom, I don’t know how that would go but honestly it might be kind of cool to see what a day in the life of my mom would be like, also I love the fact that it shows you what life can be like when you put yourself in another persons shoes (another reason why we should judge too quick) if you have seen this movie go watch it’s really good they always have a new one coming out this year I believe it’s remade with new actresses. (I’m sure it’s still good though)

3. Friday-

Ok so most people know this classic movie with ice cube and Chris tucked it’s extremely funny and let’s you into the life of (ice cube) character “Craig” it’s a movie that some people can relate too and most people love because in some ways we can all relate, so if you like laughter and you want a movie that isn’t too serious but has some serious points/lessons in it then I suggest you watch this movie and get to know “Craig” and all his friends/family.

4.Friday night lights-

This is also another amazing movie, if you like football and coaches then this is the movie for you, it’s based in Texas where football is really a big deal also I’m a Dallas cowboys fan so this works for me(yes I know that’s not the team name in the movie ) just throwing that out there because I love Dallas. this was also a tv show witch I loved so much so sad when nbc cancelled it after 5 seasons 😦 I use to watch this all the time when I would go visit my grandpa. So go check this movie out guys I’m sure you will love it.

Check out my video.. there’s no video sorry… it won’t upload so check out my YouTube video this weekend instead.

Also guys, I wanted to attach a video to go with this blog, but unfortunately it wouldn’t upload so no video 😦 however I will be making a new video for my YouTube channel today and posting it this weekend so look out for it, I’ll probably do videos twice a week maybe. I’m definitely going to start posting more videos on here too. (Only if it uploads) will see.

Enjoy your Friday guys and your long 3 day weekend.

romance

My top 5 love/romance movies.

Ok, so I know this is motivation Monday but we can always turn this into some love moments too right? So I’m sitting here thinking like why not share my favorite movies with you and why I love them so much, yes I’m a hopeless romantic, love makes the world go round. Ok ok enough of my rambling let’s get in to it.

Top 5

1. a walk to remember-

I fell in love with this movie for one because many Moore was in it and let me say Shane west killed his role as the loving bad boy. The movie really touched my heart in so many ways, it teaches you to be kind to others always and never judge a book by its cover although Shane West’s character came off a little rough around the edges he was actually a good guy who had a lot of love to give and Mandy Moore played the preaches daughter she was a good girl and I think they balanced each other out.

Ps: if you never seen this movie the ending is so sad but by now I’m sure most people have seen it( I even have it on dvd) love this movie definitely giving this five starts across the board.

2. Dear John-

Channing Tatum killed this role gave me the whole bad boy persona and then of course he left and I cried like a baby, Amanda Seyfried was beautiful as alway in this film she played her role so well plus this is the perfect love story and it ties into long distance relationships( one of my previous post) can they last? And how most people deal with them. It always goes to show you have to cherish the times you have with people because you never know what’s going to happen.

3.Romeo & Juliet-

This is such a classic love story the montagues and capulets it’s so beautiful seeing how Romeo and Juliet truly loved each other. Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes played these roles so well , I loved that they made a modern day version of this movie and I love how true love is seen in a different way/light. I’m sure a lot of people can relate to loving or liking someone who comes from a different background and maybe your family or friends don’t like that person or don’t see their potential but you do and true love is always worth fighting for only thing that I didn’t like was how it ended wish it was a better solution then, them both losing their lives.

4.Cruel intentions-

I know most people might be like this isn’t romance but in my opinion it is once you look pass everything that happened in the movie plus Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillipe made such a cute couple. ( not to mention he was super cute) I love how it all started out as a bet but as time went on he started to fall in love with her and wanted to change who he was to be with her, it’s always those un expected love stories that mean the most because you know your fighting for something that’s worth it, I wish his step sister hadn’t got all in the way but at least in the end Reese’s character can remember all the good times she had with him and she got the car so can’t go wrong with that either, Love is love.

5.raise your voice/a cinderella story

Ok so I kinda threw two movies in there sorry guys I loved both, so Hilary duff has an amazing singing/acting career and I absolutely loved her in these movies raise your voice was so sad when her brother passed away but she persevered and went on to her performing arts school, focused on her music and met a cute guy that accepted her for her even with the few bumps in the road they made their relationship work, a Cinderella story was so good it goes back to Cinderella and those wicked step sisters a modern day version but it’s so good, she was a great girl who only wanted the best for herself after her father passed but she got stuck with a wicked step mother and step sisters. I loved how in the end her and chad Michael Murray’s character make it all work out and it should let people know love does exist so never give up on it no matter what. (Also guys remember you are beautiful and don’t let no one tell you different.

Ok so these are my top 5 + 6 movies that I love and own most of these on dvd, yes I’m a sucker for a good love story and I live for a happy ending. I know that love does exist and if you don’t have it now one day you will (be patient) whatever your looking for is on its way. So In honor of motivation Monday remember to keep pushing ,stay motivated and love hard always/live with no regrets, it may not work out all the time but trust me the right person is out there(I’m a firm believer in soulmates) but I’ll save that for another post, enjoy the rest of this motivation Monday!

Also guys I’m going to do a part 2 to this post because I wanna add more movies.
